My purpose as a chiropractor is to educate and inspire our community about the benefits of a healthy spine and nervous system. I have always been fascinated by the human body, and it’s a passion of mine to help people understand how their body works and how to optimise their health through chiropractic adjustments, eating well, sleeping well, managing stress and exercising.

I graduated from five years of study at RMIT University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Health Science and Bachelor of Applied Science (Chiropractic) with Distinction. I have since been working for the last five years as an associate chiropractor, and continue to further my education through regular seminars to keep up to date with the latest research.

I use a variety of techniques tailored to each individual including manual and low force techniques – I believe people from all ages and walks of life should benefit from chiropractic care. My goal is to make living a healthy and happy lifestyle easy and achievable for everyone.

When I am not in the studio, you can find me in the sunshine, on a day trip adventure surrounded by nature, at the beach with my cockerspaniel Pippa, or travelling.

Meet Kris, our friendly Chiropractic Assistant who will greet you for your appointment at the front desk! 

Kris loves having a chat with our patients and getting to know each and every one of them. You will often find her having a laugh with our regulars, cuddling a newborn while a mum has their adjustment, or giving the kids colouring in pages and stickers. 

When not at work, Kris is a busy mum of 3 and also has her fur baby Axel. She loves walking around Braeside park, Pilates, and catching up with family and friends.
